The Large Bore A Series is an NFPA Interchangeable cylinder line that is designed and built to excel in the most demanding applications. The Large Bore A Series encompasses many of the proven design features of the A Series.

Features:
1）Head and cap are machined from (6061-T6) solid aluminum bar and anodized for corrosion resistance. A recess at the piston mating surface allows the air to work on a larger effective piston area for faster breakaway.
2）The longer bronze rod bushing provides a maximum load bearing support. The material offers an excellent bearing surface with hard chrome plated piston rod. A graphite filled cast iron rod bushing is standard on 8" bore.
3）The carboxilated nitrile with PTFE compound is used in the rod seal. The lip seal design insures proper sealing and long life for no lube added service.
4）Rod wiper construction is a highly durable polyurethane.
5）The bushing retainer allows cartridge removal without disassembly.
6）Tie rods are 100,000 psi minimum yield steel for maximum holding power. Tie rod threads are rolled for strength and engagement.
7）Piston seals are carboxilated nitrile with PTFE compound for no lube added service.
8）The extra wide wear bard is provided to support maximum loading. The solid aluminum alloy piston is strong and lightweight. A nylon insert nut is used to attach the piston to the rod. (Nut is not standard on 8" bore).
9）The floating cushion design gives the fastest stroke reversal possible by providing instantaneous full flow to piston. Each cushion has a flush, retained adjustment needle.
