型号 6228 是一种二位二通的先导式电磁阀，带有伺服隔膜。这种结构特别适合中性介质。在无流量的状态下，电磁阀关闭。通过伺服隔膜可以形成一个压力，该压力会下压隔膜，从而将阀门保持关闭。接通时，通过先导式阀对伺服隔膜上方的空间进行泄压。这样一来，伺服隔膜就会被介质压力顶起，主阀随之打开。为了完全打开和关闭阀门，所需的差压不能低于 0.5 bar。阀门内部件的特别构造和几何形状，使得阀门在很小的压力峰值时，即可发挥平缓的关闭功能。阀门可径向拆卸，操作非常简单。

Type Description

The Type 6228 is a servo-assisted 2/2-way solenoid valve with servo-diaphragm. It is particularly suited for neutral media. Without electrical power, this solenoid valve is closed. Pressure builds up through the servo diaphragm, which pushes the latter downwards and thereby keeps the valve closed. On switching, the space above the servo-diaphragm will be relieved via the pilot valve. As a result, the pressure of the medium lifts the servo-diaphragm, and the main valve opens. A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required for complete opening and closing. The special design and geometry of the internalparts of the valve produce a soft closing function with very low pressure peaks only. It is very simple to extend the valve radially.

订货须知

客户对产品有特殊要求，须在订货合同中提供以下说明：

（1）结构长度；

（2）连接形式；

（3）公称直径、全通径、缩径、管道尺寸；

（4）运用介质及温度、压力范围；

（5）实验、检验标准及其他要求；

（6）本场可根据客户特殊要求配置各类驱动装置；

如由客户提供确定的阀门类型和型号时，客户应正确说明其型号的含义和要求，在供需双方理解一致的条件下签订合同。
